NoGuessn. · AI that does the boring parts

The Operating Map

Seven working parts every customer-facing business has. A short, honest way to find out which ones you are personally holding up — and what it costs you to keep holding them.

About 6 minutes · You get your result immediately · Nothing to sign up for

Most business audits are built so everyone who reads them concludes they're failing. That's a sales technique, not a diagnosis.

This one can come back clean. If six parts run fine without you, the right answer is leave them alone — and you'll have spent six minutes finding that out.

What you're looking for isn't what's broken. Broken things announce themselves. You're looking for the parts that only work because you personally show up.

First, who you are

How to score each part

  • BuiltIt runs without me, even in a week I'm away.
  • I am the machineIt only happens because I personally do it. If I stopped, it stops.
  • Half thereSomething exists, but it's unfinished — or I've never checked if it works.
  • Not thereDoesn't exist. Sometimes that's the right call.

“I am the machine” is the one people score wrong. It isn't a failing — it's the most useful thing this whole exercise finds.

PART 1

Attracting attention

Anything that puts you in front of someone who doesn't know you yet.

Ask yourself

Between deciding to post something and it being live — who does each part, and how long does it take?

Score it weak if: You post when you remember to. No plan for the month. Nobody has ever looked at what worked.

PART 2

Capturing interest

What a stranger can actually do when they decide they like you, and where that lands.

Ask yourself

Someone likes what you do at 11pm on a Sunday. What can they do right then, and who sees it?

Score it weak if: The only route is messaging you directly, or a form nobody watches. No list.

PART 3

Staying in touch

What happens to someone who is interested but not ready yet.

Ask yourself

Someone who found you three months ago and didn't buy — what have they heard from you since?

Score it weak if: One irregular newsletter to everybody. Or a list that has never been written to.

PART 4

Turning interest into money

Every step between “yes, I want this” and the money arriving.

Ask yourself

Someone decides to buy right now. Count the clicks and the human steps before you're paid.

Score it weak if: Booking is an email thread. No follow-up after a call that didn't close. You must remember to invoice.

PART 5

Delivering it

Everything from the moment they pay. Usually what decides how many clients you can hold.

Ask yourself

A new client pays today. Hour one, day one, week one — what do you personally have to touch?

Score it weak if: Every new client handled from memory. You're the bottleneck, not demand.

PART 6

Selling again to people who already bought

A second thing for people who liked the first thing.

Ask yourself

What can a happy client who's finished with you buy next? What happened last time you offered it?

Score it weak if: Exactly one thing to buy. Past buyers get the same messages as strangers.

PART 7

Proof and referrals

Finding out who's delighted, and doing something with it.

Ask yourself

How do you find out a client is delighted — and what happens next?

Score it weak if: Testimonials are screenshots in your camera roll. The ask happens when you remember.

Last two things

No need to be precise. Revenue divided by hours worked is close enough — it just turns your answers into a number instead of a feeling.

Goes straight to me and nobody else. No account, no mailing list.
